Ibn Umar said: I saw in a dream that in my hand was a piece of silk brocade, and I would not point it towards any place in Paradise but it would fly me there… I told it to Hafsah… and Hafsah told it to the Prophet ﷺ, who said: “Your brother is a righteous man”!!! Malik said: Ibn Umar remained for sixty years after the Prophet ﷺ giving legal rulings to the people…!!! Jabir Bin Abdullah said: “There is none of us whom this world did not sway, or who did not lean towards it… except Umar… and his son Abdullah”!!! Nafi’ said: Ibn Umar entered the Ka’bah… and I heard him say in prostration: You know, O my Lord… that nothing stops me from competing with Quraysh for this world except my fear of You…!!!
