In it is the life of the man who said: “None of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ narrated more hadith from him than I did”!!! In it is the character of the man who said: “I said: O Messenger of Allah, I hear many hadiths from you, but I forget them. He said: Spread out your cloak. So I spread it out. He scooped something into it with his hands, then said: Gather it to you. So I gathered it, and I never forgot anything after that”!!! In it is the life of the man of whom Imam Ash-Shafi’i said: “Abu Hurayrah was the best memorizer of hadith in his time”!!! By consensus, he narrated more hadith than any other Companion!!! Five thousand three hundred and seventy-four [5374] hadiths are narrated from him!!!
